Overview
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed in the order they’re received. Any damage before delivery is the responsibility of Dorochey or its affiliates. If you have questions after receiving your order, contact our support — available 24/7.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders of $49 or more worldwide with tracking.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. (Carrier operations may include weekends/holidays in some regions.)
Delivery Time
Average delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, strikes, customs inspections, or local disruptions. We’ll do our best to minimize any inconvenience. For questions or unexpected delays, contact support@dorochey.com.
Address & Signing
Please provide a valid address and phone number. On delivery, inspect the parcel; if the outer seal is damaged, you may refuse the package. Couriers deliver to the address on the label; anyone at that address may sign.
Order Changes
For security reasons, orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
1) Policy Window
Returns/exchanges accepted within 90 days from delivery.
2) Eligibility & Condition
- Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Return the entire set: product, gifts, accessories, manuals, and any invoices/receipts included in the shipment.
- Applies to items shipped by us; defects/damage/mis-shipment qualify.
- Keep proof of purchase. Item-specific conditions may be shown on the product page/order record.
3) How to Start
Email support@dorochey.com within 90 days.
For defects/damage, attach clear photos or a short video.
Support will verify with Operations and reply with RMA + return address (we aim to respond within 24 hours).
4) Return Shipping Cost
- Defective/damaged/wrong item: we cover return shipping (free return).
- Non-defective/changed mind: customer pays return postage; no pre-paid label provided.
5) Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive & inspect the return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Banks/card issuers may take an additional 2–5 business days to post. If you haven’t received it after this timeframe, contact support@dorochey.com.
6) Exchanges & Alternatives
Within 90 days, you may request an exchange, a store discount, or a refund (subject to eligibility above).
7) Non-returnable Items
Gift cards; downloadable software; perishables (food/flowers/newspapers/magazines); intimate/sanitary goods; certain health & personal care items; hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
8) EU 14-Day Cooling-off
Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled/returned within 14 days for any reason; items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
